Wizenya takes the protection of your data seriously. This policy explains which data we process through this site, why, and how to exercise your rights, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process
We collect only what is strictly necessary.
- Contact requests. The form on this site sends nothing to our servers: it prepares an email in your own mail app. When you write to us, we process the data you choose to share: name, email address, organisation, topic and message.
- Technical data. As for any website, our hosting provider keeps connection logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
- Audience measurement. Not used at the moment. If it is ever used, it will only be with your consent (see the cookie policy).
We do not collect any sensitive data and do not carry out any profiling.

Retention periods
- Requests with no follow-up: 3 years from the last contact.
- Client relationship: for the duration of the contract, then for the periods required by our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax.
- Technical logs: for the period set by our hosting provider to keep the service secure and meet its legal obligations.
Recipients
Your data is intended for Wizenya only. We use technical providers acting on our instructions: OVH SAS (OVHcloud), the site’s hosting provider, whose servers are located in France, and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, provider of our Microsoft 365 email service. We never sell or share your data.
Transfers outside the European Union
The site is hosted in the European Union. Microsoft may process some data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States; these transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing and data portability. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interest and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at contact@wizenya.com: we reply within one month.
Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD-GBA), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be, or with the authority of your country of residence (in Luxembourg: the CNPD).
